With TaBee Eco Services, our goal is to make recycling easy for consumers, small businesses and our recycling company partners.
The TaBee app is designed to optimize the collection of recyclables, encouraging app users to sort additional items of theirs thereby decreasing the overall cost of their pickup order and increasing recycling efficiency.
When we receive several orders in close proximity for the same collection day, we can lower our costs while collecting a sufficient amount of recyclable materials for processing, delivering them directly to the recycling plant while also preventing these items from ending up in landfills.
We are also working to expand our recycling programs to include:
E-waste
Did you know that, every year, we generate 50 million tons of E-waste worldwide, of which only 20% is recycled? E-waste collected by TabBee Eco Services will be sent to the appropriate recycling centers.
Wood
Scraps of wood planks leftover from building or home renovation projects so that they can be collected to be turned into new furniture, fences, pellets and other useful items.
Single-use batteries
On average, less than 1% of single-use batteries are recycled. That is why we will soon start collecting disposable batteries for recycling.
Plastic waste
We are currently developing a business concept for the collection of used plastic cutlery in fast food establishments.
